All 2022/23 Sports participants MUST have their physicals completed before they can participate in summer work outs.
Here is the link for the 2022/23 athletic packet. Athletic packets will only be accepted on-line.
You can use your primary physician or any health center facility. Please make note, it is ideal to receive your physical during the summer months, so it can last the entire school year.

BEFORE a student athlete can try-out or practice with any team. Physical's can not expire during the season of participation and will not be accepted for try-outs.
