CARDIAC SCIENCE TRAINING INFORMATION:  Effective July 1, 2015 ALL coaches must complete/renew cardiac science training when certifying/renewing CPR, AED and First Aid.  Cardiac Science Training is a free online course that can be accessed from the following site at https://nfhslearn.com Once on the website, follow these steps to do the CardiacWise Online Course:  On front page click on “enroll now”, follow the instructions which say to watch the video and then click on take quiz.  When you have finished the quiz you can print out your certificate. Please turn in a copy of your Certificate to your Athletic Office/Office Manager.

Step 6 Completion of CPR

First time CPR candidates can take a Basic CPR class.  Please contact LeeAnn Tanner to enroll in the class.

Renewal candidates can complete a blended program.   The blended program consists of an on-line portion of tutorials and then a practical portion where you preform what you have learned in front a CPR certified instructor.  The athletic director will send an email to get you signed up.  An email will be sent to you with the link to the on-line portion.  Once completed with on-line portion get back in touch with athletics so they can schedule your practical portion with an instructor.
