MANDATORY SENIOR MEETING 4/17/24
Dear Seniors and Senior Families-
This is a reminder of our upcoming, and mandatory, Senior Meeting/Graduation Practice on Wednesday, April 17th in the Large Gym at 9 a.m., to go over the logistics for all the amazing things that will be happening for seniors. At this meeting, Seniors will receive a graduation contract and handbook that contains important information, dates and graduation ceremony expectations. Please make sure both parent & senior reviews the handbook, signs the contract and returns to Mrs. Mansfield in the Main Office by April 26th.
Some key pieces of information to bear in mind for this meeting and all graduation practices:
- REPORT TO CLASS – At the start of the school day, on April 17th, please report to your regular class. You will be excused to go to the gym at 8:55 a.m. If you are an am CART or Clovis Community College student, you should report to the large gym at 9 a.m.
- DRESS CODE – Students must be in dress code. Particular points of emphasis are ripped jeans, crop tops and nose rings. District dress code does not permit nose rings unless a district approved waiver is on file.
- STUDENT ID – Please have your phone open to your Minga ID or your electronic ID in Q.
- BREAKFAST – Will be served by the Lions Club. Bring an appetite.
- NAME CARD – For ALL graduation practices you will receive a name card that has your location in bleachers for graduation. Please hold onto this for the ENTIRE practice. You will need it to get back to the same place and in later practices it will be handed to card readers so they can announce you as you walk up at graduation.
- TRAVEL LIGHT – There is very little room in the stands during practices. You will need to leave all backpacks/water bottle and so forth at the south side of the gym and not have them in the stands. There will be water/snack breaks during practices.
- GRAD SERVICES – Will be at meeting/practice to distribute announcements.

On Tuesday, May 28, 2024, the senior slideshow/farewell will be presented. If you would like to contribute photos to this, please do so by scanning the QR code. You can include 3 pictures. ALL MUST BE IN DRESS CODE. Photos are due by May 3rd. No exceptions.
