Senior Off-Campus Lunch Passes will be issued at the back windows of the Main Office on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 2 pm – 4 pm.  On Monday, 8/16 and Tuesday, 8/17 they will be issued in front of the Student Services Office before school and during lunch.  Beginning Wednesday, 8/16 completed forms can be turned in to Mrs. Fourchy in the Main Office beginning at 7:30 am until the first bell rings, and again during the student lunch hour.  The Senior Off-Campus Lunch Pass application can be found at https://cnec.cusd.com/Downloads/SENIOR%20OFF%20CAMPUS%20PASS%20PERM%20SLIP%2021%2022%20SY.pdf .

 

To be issued a Senior Off-Campus Lunch Pass, you cannot have an “F” during ANY grading period, excessive absences (excused or unexcused), tardies, or a library or financial obligation.
