2010-2011: FOR THE CNEC CO-CURRICULAR CLEARANCE/ELIGIBILITY PACKET WHICH MUST BE COMPLETED TO START PRACTICES AND TRY-OUTS IN 10-11 SCHOOL YEAR, and (click here) for the documents in the clearance packet, or pick them up in the Clovis North Main Office or Clovis North Athletic Offices. ALL PHYSICAL/CLEARANCE/ELIGIBILITY FORMS SHALL ONLY BE TURNED IN TO THE ATHLETIC OFFICE. PLEASE DO NOT TURN THESE FORMS IN TO THE FRONT OFFICE OR TO THE COACHES.
